I’m Nick Braden, and this is my place to explore the things that capture my attention: technology, photography, movies, comics, science fiction, baseball, music, and whatever else happens to be worth the detour.

I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, and while Waypoint isn’t my full-time job, it’s where I share thoughts, photos, reviews, and observations that don’t fit neatly into a social media post. Some topics are carefully researched. Others are simply things I find interesting enough to write about.

The name Waypoint comes from the idea that life is a series of destinations, discoveries, and unexpected turns. Every article, photo, review, or opinion posted here is a marker along that journey.

Updates are irregular because life tends to get in the way. But when I find something worth sharing, this is where you’ll find it.
